Touching Rules

Touching is allowed in strip clubs when you pay for a lap dance. That way you can touch as much as you want. (it is part of the service you paid for)
Tipping
This is another thing done differently here, you can comfortably go to a nightclub cashless provided you are going to use the point of sale machine but you are required to go to a strip club with some cash in your pocket to tip the dancers and show that you understand what is going on there.

While it is fine for you to pay for a lap dance in a strip club, bear in mind that the service won’t be rendered to you for the whole time.
