We’ve been SUPER busy taking your orders and delivering your meals that we almost forgot about *The AJs Hearty Recipes* Check out our insta stories for visuals to the crispy crunchy recipe below – enjoy!• • BUTTERMILK FRIED CHICKEN BURGER W/ HONEY MUSTARD COLESLAW Ingredients: Brioche Buns/Burger Bread, Vegetable Oil, (Flour mix)- 1 cup Flour, 1/2 cup Corn Starch, 1tbsp Paprika, Salt, Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper & Garlic Powder (Honey Mustard Slaw) – 3 grated Carrots, half sliced Red Onions, 1/2 cup sliced White Cabbage, 4 tbsp Mayonnaise, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp Black Pepper (Spicy Mayo) 2 tbsp Mayonnaise, 1 tbsp Hot Sauce, 1 tsp Garlic Powder & 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper• • Directions: 1. Season Chicken with Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, Garlic Powder & Onion Powder 2. Prepare Buttermilk by combining Vinegar & Full Fat Milk 3. Soak Seasoned Chicken in Buttermilk mixture and set aside 4. Prepare the flour batter to coat the Chicken by combining the Flour, Corn Starch, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Salt, Black Pepper & Cayenne Pepper 5. To prepare the Honey Mustard Slaw, combine the sliced Carrots, White Cabbage, Red Onions, Mayonnaise, Black Pepper, Honey & Lemon Juice 6. To prepare a Spicy Mayo combine the Mayonnaise, Hot Sauce, Garlic Powder & Cayenne Pepper 7. Dip Chicken into Flour Mixture and ensure it’s coated evenly 8. Heat Vegetable Oil and ensure it’s hot before deep frying the Chicken 9. Toast Brioche Buns with Butter 8. Assemble Burger with Lettuce at the bottom & Pickled Jalapeños on top 10. Serve Burger with homemade Fries 11. Chomp chomp chomp!
