The just concluded Award ceremony was not without its many dramas. However one stood out since it happened right on stage in front of thousands of adoring fans.
Seyi Shay was performing her hit song “Yolo Yolo” and was looking really great in her outfit and her choreographers when she tried to do a spin and well it didn’t go as planned, she fell really hard.
She immediately recovered and try to get back her composure but one could see how disconcerted the fall made her feel.
Credit to her she stood up immediately and continued her performance. The performance did have a good ending as the audience gave her a rousing ovation in support.
Seyi Shay wasn’t moved as she stood up and continued with her performance which ended quite well.
This is not the first time an artist would be falling on stage.
At the 2012 edition of The Headies awards Burna Boy fell off the stage while performing his hit single “Like To Party.”
