The kitchen is under the capable hands of the famous Chef Rasheed who is famed to make the best Eforiro in all of Lagos!
Eforiro is synonymous with the south western part of Nigeria. it is made from fresh pepper and tomatoes paste and palmoil, spinach(shoko or tete), smocked fish, stock fish and the unique aroma comes from iru (locust beans).
it goes well with POUNDED YAM, EBA, SEMO, AMALA, BOILED PLANTAIN, RICE, DUNDU etc. If you are ordering it for the first time, be sure you have a glass of water close by or Olulufe or Chapman because it’s usually peppery.
