Underground Parties are parties that are held for special people only. Mostly by invites only, in the most secretive location around.
Since its not a walk-in party, you’d probably have to know someone who knows someone to get an invite. Tickets to these parties are also expensive too.

The last add I saw had tickets selling for N1,000,000 for guys and N500,000 for the Eve’s.
It also had a 21+ caveat for attendance.
