Police from the Lagos Command have had to intervene and investigate in the fight between Roy (Wizkid’s bouncer) who also doubles as a bouncer at Club DNA and a hypeman.
Lagos had been washed with rumours that the altercation had taken place because of unpaid bills for drinks by Wizkid and his crew.
The quarrel had degenerated into a fist fight.
In a swift reaction, the management of the club went on to release a statement stating that the altercation was a result of misunderstanding between the MC, the bouncer and a senior management member of the club.
They insisted that the fight had nothing to do with Wizkid’s unpaid debt at the club.
