Calabar Carnival also known as Africa’s Biggest Street Party begun back in 2004 by former Governor Donald Duke with a vision of making Cross River State the number one tourist destination for Nigerians and tourist all over the world. 13 year since inception the Calabar Carnival is one of the continent’s most sought after events, enthralling millions of audiences worldwide yearly in December, while also attracting attendees from over 100+ countries every single year.

Just recently confirmed by the organizers, this year’s event is set to be the biggest of all as over 26 countries has been confirmed to not just attend but also participate in the during the carnival.

Debutted in 2014, Olamide Live in Concert A.K.A OLIC is an event we eagerly look forward to year in, year out.  With the unbelievable success of the three previous editions, Olamide Live in Concert I: The Beast Unleashed ranked the biggest concert of 2014, Olamide Live in Concert II: Beast Move was a sold-out show at Eko Convention Centre and Olamide Live in Concert III Beast Mode, which was arguably the most successful concert of 2016 according to attendees with the Governor of Lagos State, Mr Akinwunmi Ambode and his wife, Oba Saheed Elegushi, Senator Dino Melaye and many other dignitaries in attendance. The vibe, energy and mind blowing performances seen over the past years is something to experience over and again.

Pepsi Rhythm Unplugged, which is in its 13th year this year, has been described by many as West Africa’s most popular concert. Year in year out, organizers of the annually held concert finds new ways to thrill concert goers and set the bar of Live entertainment to a high new level.  Last year’s concert was said to be GLINT as there was excitement and obvious joy at the event. With electrifying performances from Wizkid, Davido and many others, the  star-studded event did not fail to impress attendees.

Slated to hold December 22nd 2017 at the prestigious Eko Convention Center, Victoria Island, Lagos this year’s concert will be the baddest as Pepsi the sponsors of the show just announced a line up of artistes to perform including Big Shaq – the man behind the highly addictive, highly energetic song – “Man’s Not Hot” (48 million YouTube views and counting).
