The Carnival, a one day event, will be held on the 3rd of December, 2017 at Oba Akran Road, Ikeja with an impressive lineup of engaging activities scheduled to run from 12.00 noon to 12.00 midnight. With a focus to meetup with the standards of notable and established international carnivals around the world, December 3rd would surely go down in history among fun lovers and Lagosians as well.
