Born on the 3rd of November 1984, Toke Makinwa has excelled as a Nigerian radio personality, television host, vlogger, and author.
Her book ‘On Becoming’ rose to become a best seller. The book talked about her early struggles as a child who had lost her parents in a fire.
In 2012 she was nominated for ‘The Future Award’ for the ‘On Air Personality of The Year ‘.
In April this year, she was invited to give a speech on ‘Building a successful brand in the digital space’ by the New York University.
As a mentor and motivator to young women around the country, she has risen in strides and we are anticipating more from her in 2018.
