Asun is roasted spicy goat meat. A favourite here in Western Nigeria, found in bars, restaurants, eateries and parties. Its a favourite starter meal at your Owambes.
Personally i’m a lover of Asun. And was perticularly excited that vendors at the Muri Okunola Park in VI are coming together to celebrate the delicacy.
There’d also be palm wine too. There is no greater feeling than a cup of cold palm wine the spicy feel of asun down your throat.
Prizes will be slashed and drinks will be sold at pump prices. Yes.
Can’t hide my excitement on this one. Its great to have something this mouth watering to look forward to.
