Join Lagos International Poetry Festival on Friday 2nd Nov 2018 as it hosts a day concert tagged Wide Awake: The Concert.
Wide Awake: The Concert will feature some of the best spoken word talent from across the world including Danez Smith (US), Lebo Mashile (SA), Yomi Sode (UK), Wana Udobang (NG), Jabir Malick (Senegal), Chief Moomen (Ghana), Efe Paul Azino (NG), Nick Makoha (UK), Dike Chukwumerije (NG), Nkateko Masinga (SA) and a host of other amazing voices,and a special guest appearance by M.I. Abaga.
The Concert, which is part of the series of events marking the 4th edition of Lagos International Poetry Festival, will hold at the MUSON Centre on the 2nd of Nov, 2018 from 7 pm. A ticket of 3,000 naira gives you access to the show!
The Lagos International Poetry Festival is supported by Nigerian Breweries, British Council, Heritage Bank, Freedom Park, Goethe Institute, and the Muson Center.
