Nigerian singer-songwriter, actress and songwriter Omawumi Megbele popularly known as Omawumi over the weekend, hosted her fans to a night of good music and fun. The one night event tagged An Evening with Omawumi was held at the Hard Rock Cafe where the 2007 runner-up of the West African Idols treated her fans and attendees of the event to a live band rendition of hit songs back to back from her current and previous albums.
In a move that saw the crowd excite, the singer deviated at a point and went on freestyle mood where she sang about the current situation of Nigeria where animals such as snakes and monkeys are swallowing and stealing public funds.
